Check-in from 15:00 and check-out at 12:00.

 

STANDARD RATES

 

Guarantee policy: The reservation is guaranteed with the payment of the 25% of the total amount as a deposit. At check-in it will be refunded and the total amount of the reservation will be charged by card or cash.

 

Cancellation policy: If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before the date of arrival, the hotel will refund the charge minus a 10€ handling fee. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, no refund will be made.

 

 

 

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE

 

Guarantee policy: The reservation is guaranteed with the payment of the total amount of the reservation as a deposit. At check-in it will be refunded and the total amount of the reservation will be charged by card or cash.

TOURIST TAX NOT INCLUDED

 

On 1st July 2016 a seasonal tourism tax comes into force which is imposed by the Government of the Balearic Islands. The tax is 3.30 euros per person per night.

75% discount in the following cases:

– Stays that take place between the 1st of November and the 30th of April (both inclusive).

50% discount in the following cases:

– From the ninth consecutive day of accommodation in the same tourist establishment.

The following stays are exempt from thi

– Stays by children under 16 years of age.
